FAQ

Toilet Paper Holder

Question 1:
The screws do not fit in the holes securely it is wobbly and loose. What size of screws does this come with?
Answer:
1. There are two different size screws supplied. Make sure you're using the right ones. Mine went together in about 15 minutes and is very stable.
2. I’m sorry, but I didn’t have any problem with the assembly. It’s a good product. I have no complaints. Moisés.
Question 2:
Does it come with a toilet paper holder. The spring roll holder? Does it hold the toilet paper well?
Answer:
1. I got the same one in the pictures but it didn't come with a spring holder. All you have to do is place your toilet paper inside and feed the end of it through the slot. It will roll as you pull. I have found that jumbo rolls of toilet paper don't fit. Regular and double suzed fit mine without issues. I hope this helps.
2. There's a spot for toilet paper or tissue on the top. I use it for toilet paper it doesn't hv a holder. I just put the toilet paper roll in and there's a slot for it to come out of. I think it works easier if I put the roll in so the TP comes from the bottom.
3. It holds toilet paper as storage on the bottom but there is no spring to hold the paper but you can feed it through the slot!
4. No spring roll holder, but there is a swing door that has a slot for toilet paper.
Question 3:
Is there a rod in the top part for a roll of toilet paper?
Answer:
1. That top part is not for toilet paper it’s for facial tissue
2. There is not which is unfortunate however I did discover that the over the top method of placing your toilet paper roll did not allow the roll to come out freely through the hole ... once I flipped it upside down with the toilet paper coming from the bottom and through the hole, it works great. I bought it for the toilet paper access, as well as to sit a container of wipes on top of the shelf for my daughter to use without having to get off the toilet to reach the roll across from our toilet. It works great. At times the toilet paper breaks off and gets stuck inside but it's easy enough to fix. Great purchase. I would suggest putting something heavy in the bottom, as it's lightweight construction makes it a little tippy.
